We had an excellent tour. Even with the fog and rain our tour guide Dan took us to some amazing sights in the badlands and we were in awe.

Where do I begin? Our tour guide, Daniel, was friendly and a wealth of knowledge. He gave us the background on Wall Drug. He took us through the back entrance of the Badlands which you must keep your eyes peeled on the horizon where you will witness the grandiosity and majestic beauty of the layered rock formations.
I experienced many firsts! First time seeing prairie dogs and hearing their chatter; seeing and hearing a Western Meadowlark; seeing Pronghorns (aka antelope); longhorn sheep and Bison 🦬. They were out at the Golden Hour.
It was 9:30pm and you could still see twilight. Due to the moon’s Waxing Gibbous (90%), I couldn’t see the Milky Way but you could see many beautiful stars.
This experience was worth every penny. If you love nature and looking up in the night sky, I recommend this star gazing tour.

We toured Badlands with My XO adventures and it was a fantastic experience. Daniel, owner of the company was an exceptional tour guide. Everything was perfect from the roomy Yukon vehicle to the breathtaking views of the Badlands. Daniel went out of his way throughout the tour to ensure we saw as much as we could. We covered Wall Drugs which was an experience in itself, The Badlands, old missile sites and a beautiful sunset leading into night star viewing. The tour was the highlight of our trip and Daniel did not let us down. We highly recommend My XO Adventure!

This tour was amazing. We spent a week in the area, and the time with our tour guide, Daniel was the highlight of the trip. He was so knowledgeable about the park, the land, the area's history, and the wildlife. We spent about 7 hours driving to different scenic spots taking beautiful pictures and exploring. Then he took us to a wonderful, secluded overlook to watch the sunset flood over the rock formations. Finally, he led us to a nice out of the way spot and gave us reclining chairs to sit back and watch the night sky appear above us. Daniel could point out all the constellations and talked about all the other objects in the night sky, too. Throughout the day, he was very patient with us, made sure to take care of all our needs, and tailored the adventure to our personal interests. You could tell that Daniel has a true passion for the area and loves to share his knowledge. I left with a much stronger appreciation for the significance of the park because of him.

When planning our trip I was looking fora tour company that would provide details of the area and a more personalized experience. My XO Adventure far exceeded my expectations. From the first contact with them till the end of the Badlands tour, we felt catered to. I learned about Wall Drug history then got to experience it, learned about Cottonwood and stopped for a brief picture opportunity, and best of all was the Badlands tour. Daniel made sure we saw buffalo and looked for every opportunity to exceed our expectations. I highly recommend this tour company.
